We're looking for a talented and motivated Scrum Master who'll help us to expand the capability of the world’s top PLM platform, Aras Innovator. At Aras you'll contribute to the environment that thinks creatively, works efficiently, and uses world-class technology.
Responsibilities:
· Setup and support agile process on the project;
· Facilitate team meetings and events, ensure that they are held effectively;
· Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals;
· Lead team efforts in relentless improvement;
· Setup and support metrics of the project and the team;
· Provide transparency on the project status in the team and for all interested parties;
· Addresses impediments so that the team can remain focused on achieving goals;
· Help Product Owner to maintain the backlog;
· Protect team from uncontrolled expansion of work;
· Coordinate with other teams, participate in Sync Meetings;
· Enable close cooperation between product owner and the team;
· Mentor the team on agile processes and soft skills.
Basic Requirements:
· 2 year + as a Scrum Master;
· Good understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) methodologies;
· Experience building team and facilitation of evaluation to Performing state;
· English: Upper Intermediate+ level;
· Perfect interpersonal communications skills;
· Good understanding of Software development lifecycle;
· Highest education, preferably in psychology or management.
Preferred:
· SAFe/Agile Certificates;
· Project management certifications or education;
