Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Facilitate and organize daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and planning, demos, metrics report generations and others as needed.• Prevent or remove impediments and distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver on their goals. • Work with Manager and business partners to groom and prioritize backlog for each sprint and iterations. • Aid delivery team with determining suitable commitments for user stories, defects, and tasking.• Create and maintain the closure of tickets. • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution. • Maintain process documentation. • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/ticketing progress. • Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices. • Assist as needed with backlog maintenance.  Job Qualifications & Education • BS or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • 5+ years of experience in the software industry as a Scrum Master/Kanban Board management.• Preferred First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I) Experience. • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least four years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. • Experience in using Jira is mandatory to manage Scrum activities.• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., numerous Burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team. • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Experience using Azure DevOps to manage Scrum activities.3 must havesScrum master 4/5Azure /DevOps working knowledge 3/5
