About the Role

In the role of Scrum Master for Digital Experience (Hearing), you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will guide and support our Agile teams to ensure smooth, effective, and continuous delivery of high-quality products. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to remove impediments, support team development, and ensure that our Agile processes remain effective and efficient.

The Team You will be part of

The Digital Experience team is responsible for developing and maintaining a diverse range of customer-facing services and solutions that enhance our Hearing business digitally. You will be part of a highly skilled team, primarily distributed between Poland and Denmark. Your primary work location will be our office in Warsaw, where you will engage with team members and relevant colleagues across the organization.

Your contribution is appreciated, and You will:

Guide and support Agile teams in Scrum practices and principles.

Work closely with product owners and team members to define, prioritize, and manage deliverables.

Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress and productivity.

Foster continuous improvement, ensuring that retrospectives and feedback loops are effective.

Act as a bridge between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that You:

Have a background in IT or software engineering.

Are an experienced Scrum Master who understands Agile frameworks, SAFe, and has facilitated Scrum ceremonies effectively.

Have proficient stakeholder management skills and know how to align teams and team members towards common goals.

It is beneficial if you have experience with coaching teams and facilitating organizational change through Agile practices.

Have fluency in English, both written and spoken.
