We are seeking an outstanding Scrum Master with a can-do attitude to join us on our SaaS transformation journey. As part of this journey, you be a face for the team that deploys and operates Teamcenter on AWS. You will collaborate and enable a broad range of Development teams wishing to integrate with TeamcenterX and develop their code base on top.

We are looking for:Scrum Master for PLMX Environments team, hosting stable co development TeamcenterX integration environments on Cloud (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud)Exposure to coordinating and leading high impact programs in the pastUnderstanding of TeamcenterX Deployments, Integrations and Deploy architectureExperience of working on Cloud projects – AWS/AzureSchedule and prioritize the work items for timely Environment deliveriesCoordination within and across the teams in eliminating roadblocksHost coordination meetings and status updatesKeep assessing progress, effective ways of deployments, RCAs, expansion and automation needsRequired Skills:Scrum Master with 6 + years of total IT experience and experienced in SaaS transformationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent.Can build, understand, and communicate using TeamcenterX deployment architectures keeping in mind the end user requirementsHave a sound knowledge of Teamcenter deployment and IntegrationsExperienced in agile development processes as either Scrum master, Team lead or Tech leadCan understand and carry out work breakdown for Agile DeliveriesConduct, plan and present work content for each Program increment (Sprint)Knowledge of Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)You can approach decisions and trade-offs with transparencyHands on with CI/CD (DevOps Pipelines) tooling and connect with automation needs for deploymentsHave worked in articulating deployment strategies and impacts during SaaS transformationHave strategized fully automated systems for operating in cloud using k8sYou are ready to solve challenges for quick reaction timesYou can articulate dependencies on various other teams and collaborateKeep updating the process and automation as a part of continuous improvement
