As a Scrum Scrum, you’ll directly support the Agile Software Development in achieving specific program objectives in support of our nation’s defense. Share your resume with us today!** **Primary Responsibilities** + Facilitate all team level events (PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review & Retro) + Provides timely and accurate reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks to their Release Train Engineer + Work with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams + Guides mentoring and development of agile team members + Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and any ad hoc sessions called by RTE or Agile Coach + Responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration and dependencies and reporting them to the RTE + Ensures teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to all designated stakeholders **Basic Qualifications** + BS in an engineering discipline and 4-8 years relevant experience or Masters in an engineering discipline with 2-6 years of relevant experience. + Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) + Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the program + Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban + Strong problem solving and analytical skills + Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies + Must be a US citizen, possess and have te ability to maintain an active secret clearance + Full time onsite support + Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area. **Preferred Qualifications** + SAFe Scrum Master certification + Familiar with Jira - issue tracking and agile project management, or similar tool + Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams + Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Missile Defense. **Original Posting Date:** 2025-02-19 While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
