**Key Responsibilities:**
**Facilitation:**
+ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
+ Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
**Coaching & Mentoring:**
+ Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency within the team.
+ Support the development of team members through feedback and guidance.
**Impediment Removal:**
+ Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
+ Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
+ Ensure that the team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
**Collaboration & Communication:**
+ Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities and goals.
+ Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
+ Ensure that the Product Backlog is well-maintained and prioritized in collaboration with the Product Owner.
**Performance Tracking:**
+ Monitor and track the team's performance, including velocity, burndown charts, and other metrics.
+ Provide regular updates and reports on the team's progress to stakeholders.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team performance.
**Agile Advocacy:**
+ Advocate for Agile principles and practices within the organization.
+ Participate in the Agile community, sharing knowledge and best practices.
+ Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
+ Proven experience (3+ years) as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
+ Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
+ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in software development or a technical background.
+ Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Scrum Master).
+ Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
+ Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (e.g., Lean, XP).
