The role involves facilitating communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment with the program vision, managing risks and dependencies, and driving steadfast improvement. They also provide mentorship on the Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and business stakeholders in the new mindset and processes. They help adapt SAFe to the organization’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices **LIVE** **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Roles & Responsibilities:** + Lead and handle product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques.
