The Digital Technology Scrum Master / Project Manager will be part of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration business unit (CCR) Salesforce Center of Excellence and will report to the Digital Sales and Service Lead. The position provides leadership and oversight over Digital technology (DT) projects; he/she will build and guide project team and plan, establish, and manage projects serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects executing the strategic roadmap to increase digital capabilities and effectiveness.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Manage each project’s timeline and scope.
+ Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
+ Coach team members about Agile frameworks.
+ Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication.
+ Handle external communication with stakeholders and customers, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
+ Work together with product owners to handle new requests and backlogs.
+ Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur.
+ Help teams implement effective changes, creating a productive environment where team members feel confident to deliver quality work.
+ Ensure deliverables are of quality standards by the end of every sprint.
+ Help development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.
+ Manages assigned DT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
+ Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding and staffing
+ Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
+ Manage project risks and issues and work with project team to elaborate proposal for address or minimize them
+ Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports
+ Produce and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Education / Certifications**
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related technical discipline(s).
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years in software project management – leading software teams, consistent and repeatable planning cadences, estimation processes, planning and development cycles with agility.
+ Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions
+ Must have experience in the Scrum master role and be familiar with software development.
+ Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts and techniques. These may include the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, and automated testing.
+ Excellent knowledge of additional Agile frameworks, such as Crystal or XP.
+ Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills.
+ Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
+ Outstanding organizational skills.
+ Scrum master certification is an advantage.
+ Organized with attention to detail with excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to make difficult decision when needed
+ Proven experience in developing and communicating software product strategies; excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to understand, track and communicate Quality Management Metrics
+ Demonstrated success working in a team environment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in different geographic locations
+ Ability to effectively manage and motivate high performing software teams
+ Exceptional communication and organization skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
+ Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously
Experience in supporting Force.com products
