We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Scrum Master to join our team and lead the agile development process for two of our teams developing cloud based web applications for internal use.
Responsibilities:
Act as a servant leader for two agile development teams.Guide and coach the teams on adopting agile frameworks and SCRUM practices effectively.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of requirements, priorities, and impediments.Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus on defined goals.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving.Track and report on team progress, using relevant metrics and tools.Support the team in resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading agile software development teams.Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework and other agile frameworks.Excellent facilitation and communication skills.Ability to drive change, inspire teams, and facilitate continuous improvement.Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify and navigate problems and challenges effectively.Collaborative and approachable attitude, with a passion for fostering teamwork.Excellent in spoken and written English. (at least B2 level)Nice to have:
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical technology environment.Analytical thinking and interest in understanding the internal workings of developed software. Experience with Azure DevOps and creation of dashboards for various purposes.Proficient in spoken and written German.As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving our agile development processes, ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to the advancement of medical care.
