Partner with up to two business and technology teams to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts; delivering the business vision.

Team coordination: Ensure teams operate to agreed team cadence. Qualifications • 8-10 years of experience in software development. • 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum promoter, team coaching. • You have a no-nonsense mentality, and capable of thinking objectively. • You take the lead and get things done to ensure progress and on-time decision making where needed. • You’re a listener. You hear what’s not being said and have a gift for understanding motivations and resolving interpersonal conflicts. • You’re humble and take a real satisfaction in seeing others succeed. • You are willing to travel to facilitate team sessions whenever required as feature teams are globally distributed teams. • Experience in one of the scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scale@Scrum etc. • Experience in coaching 2-3 Agile teams in an Agile release train. • Experience in Agile lifecycle management (ALM) tool such as Jira. • You’re fluent in English and have experience in intercultural management. • Scrum master certification is a plus. • Prior experience as a developer or QA is a plus because this helps you understand development practices and team dynamics.
