Job Title: Scrum Master
Hiring Location: Pune
Experience Range: 9+ years in Agile and Scrum Practices
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and facilitate Agile practices and Scrum events. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the development team by helping them adopt and improve Agile methodologies. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, identifying and removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and facilitate key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to ensure effective communication and adherence to Scrum principles.
Coach Development Team: Support and guide the development team in adopting Agile practices and principles, helping them become self-organizing, and continuously improving their workflows.
Remove Impediments: Identify and help resolve obstacles that hinder the team’s progress and productivity.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring team members work effectively together to achieve common goals.
Track & Report Progress: Track team progress and provide updates to the Project Lead and Program Manager on Sprint goals, milestones, and any blockers.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and workflows, and implementing necessary changes to improve the team's efficiency and quality of work.
Must-Have Skills:
Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile practices and principles, with experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Scrum Ceremonies: Proven experience in facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Impediment Removal: Experience in identifying and effectively removing team impediments to improve productivity and workflow.
Agile Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
Certifications: Must have a CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Good-to-Have Skills:
CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies to improve development workflows.
Embedded Tools Experience: Familiarity with embedded toolchain tools such as Jenkins, CMake, and cross-compilers.
Software Development Workflows: A broad understanding of software development workflows and processes, especially in Agile teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills in English, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Experience Range:
Minimum Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile coaching roles, with a strong focus on Scrum methodologies and Agile principles.
Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving team performance.
