About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will help teams self-organize and self-manage while ensuring continuous progress towards team goals. As a Scrum Master, you will organize and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support development and efficient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation & Organization: Lead and organize daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, estimation workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT partner teams to drive successful development and software delivery processes.Product Backlog Management: Assist Product Owners and Technical Product Managers in user story creation, prioritization, and grooming of product backlogs.Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles, making issues visible and ensuring timely resolutions.Coaching & Mentoring: Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices to promote sustainable and comfortable adoption.Coordination: Ensure early and frequent cross-functional coordination among analysts, developers, and testers.Risk Management: Identify and manage project challenges, executing real-time resolutions to mitigate risks.Communication: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams under high-pressure scenarios.Support Role: Operate in a 24/7 system support environment focusing on maintaining high system availability.Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience in Agile development, including coaching on Agile methodologies and tools.Demonstrated experience with API/UI and Rest services; iOS/Web Apps experience preferred.Proven track record of working with teams to support frontline experiences and direct business partner interactions.Familiarity with commerce/selling experiences is advantageous.Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures, and technical standards.Experience with tools such as Jira, Gitlab, AppDynamics, and Splunk.A proven leader with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, balancing collaboration and influence.The position will be posted for 3 working days from its posting date of 02/15/2025.
