Main responsabilities:

- Team coordination

- Manage people functions on the IT teams

- Plan IT teams trainings and follow ups

- Plan all the team activities requested by the OE regarding the IT Plan to allow development in time and cost

- Review and maintain all JIRA tickets

- Control all JIRA tasks.

- Control delivery in time and manage all issues on providers pool team

- Ensure quality deliveries and associated technical documentation

- Write and understand user stories with acceptance criteria, managing backlog prioritization and attending scrum ceremonies.

 

Key requirements:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or Software Engineering or similar

- Experienced Scrum Master, with knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

- Knowledge of the technological stack: spring boot, maven, GIT & GitHub, Angular, Spring, REST services/architecure, SQL is mandatory

- Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred)

- Languages: Portuguese and English fluency

- Customer and Market Excellence, Entrepreneurship and Trust

- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.
