Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or with leading Agile teams  Experience with Information Technology  Experience with projects using the Scaled Agile Framework  Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment  Experience working directly with government clients  Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries  Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine the next steps for feature development  Ability to write user stories or structure user stories for software features  Bachelors degree Master's degree  Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master Certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
