Summary:
As an Agile Scrum Master, you will lead a cross-functional software development efforts and facilitate scum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) to ensure that deadlines and requirements are met. You will have strong collaboration with key stakeholders, multiple development teams, and a 3rd party software implementor. This is an onsite position in Omaha, Nebraska. You will need to be in a hybrid office model 3 days a week.Qualifications and Responsibilities:7+ years in Information technology4+ years of professional experience working as a scrum master or technical project manager with large-scale web applicationsServed as a Scrum Master for 2-3 agile teamsOrganizes an facilitate scaled planning for the team (pre planning/preparation, PI Planning events and represents the team at broader planning and coordination sessions).Comfortable experimenting with a variety of approaches based on the need & fitPromotes the use of experimentation with quality engineering practicesCollaborates with product owners to ensure the team has a healthy product and sprint backlogCoaches team towards the importance of regular sprint showcase to demonstrate finished work to stakeholders and celebrates team achievementsManages and helps the team implement areas of improvement as identified in the retrospective.Coaches team members and partners with other scrum masters regarding adoption of agile standards, tools and best practices to improve collaboration.Direct experience working in an environment where technology and business intersectExperience working within an iterative development environmentExperience working in application lifecycle management toolsDisplays strong communication skills, both written and verbalMaintains strong execution and drives across multiple fronts; self-starter, speed-orientedExperience in the transportation or logistics would be idealCertified scrum master (CSM) or certified scrum professional (CSP)Experience in Jira, Sharepoint, M365#ConcentrixCatalyst
