Scrum Master Sales and Sales Operations (1 year)

As a Scrum Master Sales and Sales Operations (1 year), you will be primarily responsible to support and develop the CRM Scrum Team, with a focus on creating increments of value each iteration in the context of the current Program Increment Objectives as well as help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. You will also support the Scrum Team in identifying, addressing and eliminating impediments and Product Owners in the effort of managing the backlog, connecting them to the Scrum team and providing guidance on better cooperation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Facilitate preparation and readiness for Agile Release Train events such as Program Increment Planning. Help software development teams apply and implement the Scrum framework. Oversee project timelines, coordinate sprints and daily stand-ups. Build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it. Support Program Increment Planning through Story Point estimation with the usage of relevant tools. Be the main point of contact for internal and external communications.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field. Demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, story point estimation, backlog refinement etc). Excellent communication and supportive leadership skills English language proficiency (read/written/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Scrum Master certification. Experience working in a matrix organization.
