Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile or Scrum delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.Liaise with stakeholders ensuring their interests are included in the release, and the team to ensure the release is developed by the deadline and within budget.Responsible for the business aspects of the project, including ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.Serve as the Agile or Scrum delivery team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.Serve as liaison between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.Ensure that team members understand project objectives.Maintain product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.Facilitate an agile development team.Develop and manage Agile Scrum Artifacts and Reports.Manage the process for how information is exchanged.

Work Environment:

Location: Annapolis Junction MD [On-site]Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% TravelWorking Hours: Standard 40 hour per week

Qualifications :

Required:

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI5 years with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA, 0 years with PhD; 4 years’ experience can be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.Prior experience on a scrum teamExperience managing information technology development projectsDemonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of Project Management practicesProven ability to use MS Project to manage projectsDemonstrated experience in agile development and production environmentMust have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)

Desired:

PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Agile certificationITIL Foundations certificationExperience with ServiceNow

Basic Compensation:

$135,000 to $145,000

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
