BD offers a comprehensive suite of infusion software solutions to improve patient safety, reduce costs and optimize infusion management. **About the role** + Work with internal stakeholders, such as business, marketing and clinical representatives, to analyze needs and align product roadmaps and backlogs to strategic goals + Develop appropriately detailed product backlog items and specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development team + Work with the developers and testers in and around Vienna on a daily basis + Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-quality increments + Collaborate internationally with our R&D development center in Ireland, and with globally-distributed stakeholders **Must-haves** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent work experience + Professional experience as a scrum product owner, requirements engineer, software system engineer or similar role, working within an agile framework + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders (technical and non-technical) + A proven capacity for interdisciplinary collaboration, and the ability to quickly gain an understanding of new, challenging domains + Fluent in English, German is a plus + Analytical skills, attention to details **Nice-to-haves** + Experience in healthcare, ideally medical device software and familiarity with regulatory standards in the medical device industry + Professional Scrum Product Owner certification + Experience working across multiple time zones + Bonus skills: proficiency in Mandarin and/or experience collaborating with Chinese corporations to facilitate effective communication with one of our partners + Domain Driven Design **Our offer** We offer you to contribute in a highly motivated global environment, working to develop products that have a positive, real-world impact.
