We are seeking for a SDE II conversational AI who will be responsible for: Responsibilities ● Developing chatbots with strong expertise in handling complex conversational flows and training NLP models. ● Implementing and managing voice bots, voice platform integrations, bot training, and evaluating the impact of training. ● Building multi-language bots, managing deployments, and integrating multiple channels while understanding the pros and cons of each implementation approach. ● Handling agent handover scenarios and integrating with CRM modules such as Salesforce and RingCentral. ● Designing and developing robust solutions with a focus on code optimization, adhering to standard development practices, and conducting unit tests and code reviews. ● Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and staying updated on the latest conversational AI features and technologies. ● Working within Agile development teams, contributing to iterative development processes, and utilizing project management tools like JIRA for issue tracking and team collaboration. Qualifications ● Strong experience in Node.js or Python programming, including API integrations, handling complex logic, and impact analysis. ● Knowledge of conversational AI platforms and at least one certification (e.g., Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson). ● Experience with unit test cases, code optimization, and standard development practices for bots. ● Understanding of voice bot and voice platform integrations, including CRM system integration. ● Familiarity with multi-language bot building and deployment processes. ● Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. ● Willingness to work a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)
