We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented Developer on our Salesforce team who will be responsible for leading development teams on client projects as well as technical design and implementation oversight. You will be designing and implementing complex solutions utilizing all aspects of the Salesforce platform. Most importantly, you must exhibit our core values: integrity, excellence, accountability and grace. Responsibilities Designing, and coding using FPS’s methodology Debugging and troubleshooting code-related issues/defects Producing client deliverables for the Salesforce platform such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans, and well-documented code Gain an understanding of the unique business and technical requirements of each engagement to facilitate the most appropriate solution design Practicing strong configuration management and version control Serve as Senior/Lead Developer, mentoring and guiding other Salesforce developers Conduct code reviews and collaborate with other project team members Representing Perficient professionally in both client and team situations Qualifications Salesforce certifications: App builder, Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2, etc. In-depth understanding with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, advanced Apex programming techniques, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs for integrations, Controllers and triggers Hands on experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) and implementing and maintaining Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) tools Hands on with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using LWC for building custom UI components and integrations along with advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration concepts Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, RDBMS knowledge with SQL experience and hands-on experience in version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) for code management with CI/CD process Ability to independently implement and enhance Salesforce features, resolve bugs, create and document relevant unit test cases, drive optimal deployments and complete the tasks in a timely manner. Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and exhibit a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated with the latest features, technologies, and industry trends Experience in Agile software development methodologies, including working in Agile teams for iterative development with proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA for issue tracking, and team collaboration Willing to work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)
