You Are:
UST is searching for an SDET who will develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on technical and functional specifications.
The opportunity:
· Ensure test coverage for end-to-end telecom solutions, including network protocols, APIs, and user interfaces.
· Design and implement robust test automation frameworks tailored for telecom applications, using Selenium, Cypress etc.
· Automate regression, performance, and functional test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
· Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and issues in telecom software. Ensure high-quality standards for customer-facing applications and backend services.
· Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
· Provide detailed reports on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends in testing methodologies, telecom technologies, and automation tools to continuously enhance test coverage and effectiveness.
· Contribute to the creation and refinement of automated testing processes and strategies, enhancing test efficiency and coverage in an agile development environment.
· Set up and maintain test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.

What you need:
· Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
· Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks
Benefits
