We are looking for dynamic, experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer to drive our automation strategy, mentor team of QA engineers and ensure the quality and performance of our products. The perfect fit is someone who enjoys challenges, navigates ambiguity, and can adjust to shifting priorities. Your role will be in developing, extending, and refining our automation framework alongside a skilled and diverse team in different geographical locations. **Responsibilities:** + Design and develop new test automation frameworks. Integrate automated tests in CI pipelines to provide fast feedback. + Write high quality production code and review others code. + Identify opportunity to automate manual tests tasks and recurring issues. + Works closely with product, developers to understand business and functional requirements to develop test strategy and test scripts. + Mentor other junior members through feedback, training and knowledge sharing. + Identify and integrate best tools and technology for automation. + Perform thorough testing of application, identify root causes and escalate issues in timely manner. + Foster a culture of quality by advocating testing best practices and identifying areas to improve test processes. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with automation framework using Cucumber Selenium, Cypress, or Mocha + Strong coding skills in at least one modern language – Java, Python, C#. + Strong understanding of databases and object-oriented design. + Proficient in troubleshooting technical problems. + Advanced understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD. + Experience with tools like Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, GitHub, Jenkins. + Experience working with microservice based architecture. + Excellent communication skills. + Prefer candidates having prior experience in financial industry. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering. + Master’s degree preferred. ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Applications Development ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Irving Texas United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $125,760.00 - $188,640.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
