Job DescriptionGenerate new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound approaches to the account base in assigned territoryIdentify needs of prospective clients and propose appropriate solutions to select interested leads for sales appointmentsConduct sales presentations as needed.Use SFDC to follow up on new sales opportunity generation and management activities (call details, prospect pipeline, account notes, etc.)Quickly learn the technical aspects of the product, effectively communicate the value proposition, and answer questions from prospects about object handling, competitors, and other frequently asked questionsUnderstand the business problems that Apptio's solutions can solve and optimize solutions to provide insight around solving customer business issues.Collaborate with Field Marketing and Field Sales to optimize team sales productivity.
