Job Overview:
As an SDR Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives who are focused on driving new business growth for the repair small and medium-sized businesses, claims, and enterprise sectors. Your role will involve overseeing the SDR team's activities, providing guidance and coaching, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds their targets. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments, including the marketing and sales teams, to optimize lead generation strategies and contribute to the overall sales pipeline, driving revenue for the targeted sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SDRs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals. This includes leading SDRs in small-sized markets up to large-scale enterprise accounts.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate SDR performance, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives for the targeted sectors.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the SDR team's processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and productivity.Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities and performance in the targeted sectors.Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze key sales metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure effective lead handoff and alignment on target accounts and messaging within the targeted sectors.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive collaboration, while holding departments accountable. 


Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
