Our SaaS platform is used to help some of the largest organizations in the world drive action with pre-built experience management (XM) programs and projects that anyone can use.\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nTakes initiative\nUnderstands the expected outcome, gets the context, and then works entrepreneurially to get it done.\nHighly communicative and influences effectively, creating trust at the team level.\nStrong track record of exceeding quota.\nStrong negotiating skills\nAbility to sell a complex platform: Qualtrics Experience Management platform to large, strategic accounts\nCrushing your quarterly revenue quotas\nProducing top-notch Account Executives who ramp quickly and perform above expectations\nGreat trainer and hold team members accountable to their goals.\nNot afraid to get on the phone with your team members to show them how it’s done.\n\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nStructured promotion process/auto promotion process\nCareer Action Planning with Manager\nQmobility\n\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nSupport a North American sales team (advanced to Native English is a requirement) \nYou love to recruit and interview top candidates across the country and travel to top-tier universities\nYou’re ready for on-call coaching with SDR’s to better their account approach, prospecting, and discovery efforts\nYou work strategically with Account Executive Leaders to determine optimized account coverage models\nYou lead group trainings with new hires and current employees\nYou hold your team accountable to obtain their monthly targets\nYou strategize with others leaders regarding the best practices for generating additional revenue and producing high-quality quota carriers\nYou’re quick to pick up the phone and make calls with your team to help them learn through example\nYou’re the type of person willing to put in whatever it takes to succeed\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your\n\n\nAbility to develop more sales/revenue for the company by creating legitimate pipeline\nAbility to develop high-quality future Account Executives.\nLooking for someone who can recruit, interview, train, coach, and prepare Sales Development Representatives for success. \nSomeone who is ready to hit and exceed aggressive targets in the areas detailed above.\nQualtrics is looking for a dedicated leader that is incredible at developing young talent.\nBachelor’s degree\nSuccessful Account Executive experience (preferably 4+ years in technology sales), and leadership DNA, this could be a perfect match.\n\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\nWe've grown our SDR Sales team to respond to very strong client demand for the Qualtrics Insight Platform.
