3. Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA in InformaticaExperience in SLA compliance, Batch Job Monitoring, and Mentoring Jr members.
4. Minimum 1 year of production support experienceCommunicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholdersShould have working experience on Performance Monitoring / Data transfer ManagementGood to Have working knowledge on Dynatrace / Java applications.
5. Basic knowledge on ITIL process and Prefer to have ITIL CertifiedGood understanding of the incident, problem & change management processKnowledge of end to end ITIL change management practice and Awareness of SLAs, KPIs and KRAs.
6. Additional warm handover using phone calls for P1 and P2 incidentsAbility to work on data issuesAble to Contribute and support to Incident RCA
