Responsible for supporting the production team for keeping all the machines and assembly lines in running condition.
Your responsibilities will includeKEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for attending the breakdown in lines ensure all PPE usage during working.
Ensure proper planning of preventive maintenance schedules and adhere it.
Maintenance of critical equipments and assembly conveyors
Handling shift technician and proper job allocation in every shift
Documentation and SMP development
Take action for the Near miss and safety abnormalities
Reporting of Maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF,,OEE,Preventive maintenance, Spare part management)
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely maintain machinery and follow procedures
Oversee and training employees
Conduct Cycle time study in equipment increase the productivity
Conduct meetings to control scrap by taking active measure
Conduct Process control audit and take measures
Conduct a 5S audit and take action for open points. Maintain 5S.
Create SOP and OPL for the Maintenance Process
Maintain proper documentation as per ISO requirements
Drive Cost saving projects
Conduct Energy Audit to control the energy loss
Raise Purchase requirements for the department requirements in SAP
Schedules and implements planned maintenance activities including plant shut down and large scale/specialized maintenance activities
Drives CPK improvements, low cost automation projects, indigenisation of spares, etc.
Investigates and resolves technical and operational problems to drive incremental improvement
Interacts with Manufacturing Engineering for installation of new manufacturing equipment and expert technical knowledge
Knowledge on Equipment development & Maintenance
Should have knowledge in structural drawings, machining drawings, measuring techniques
Implement TPM techniques and adhere the PM & AM activities as per plan
