As part of the Final Test department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough tests on instruments that measure various oceanographic parameters, such as salinity, temperature, pressure, dissolved oxygen, and fluorescence. Your work will involve interpreting and evaluating test results to ensure the instruments' accuracy and reliability. **_This role is a part of the Final Test department and located onsite in Bellevue, WA_** _._ **Key responsibilities include:** + Testing and evaluating the performance of oceanographic instruments. + Ensuring manufacturing standards and implementing quality assurance procedures. + Collaborating with team members and reporting test status and issues to the Final Test supervisor. + Contributing to continuous improvements in product quality. **Required Qualifications** : + 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience. + 1-3 years of demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical experience. + Basic knowledge of instruments and tools (e.g., hand and power tools, voltmeters, test jigs and ohmmeters). An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $25.00 - $28.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
