Position Summary:
The SEA Commercial Data Governance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining critical business intelligence tools and governance processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a vital part in managing the SEA NTS (Net Sales Tracking) Dashboard and leading pricing and governance initiatives, which are pivotal for the organization’s operational efficiency and strategic success.
Key Responsibilities:
SEA NTS Dashboard Management:Maintain, monitor, and update the SEA NTS Dashboard to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Safeguard sensitive and confidential data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.Provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the dashboard for business insights.Pricing Strategy and Governance:Develop and implement pricing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Support pricing strategy development by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.Manage and optimize pricing approval processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.Collaborate with commercial teams to streamline pricing workflows and resolve any issues in a timely manner.Data Integrity and Reporting:Ensure continuous data validation and accuracy across all managed platforms.Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for SEA leadership.Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders to drive business performance.Process Improvement and Innovation:Identify opportunities to improve data processes and governance structures.Partner with IT and analytics teams to drive automation and enhance system efficiencies.Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in data management and governance.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for SEA NTS Dashboard and pricing governance matters.Work closely with commercial, finance, and compliance teams to align data and governance efforts with business goals.Represent the function in regional and global meetings, sharing insights and best practices.Johnson Johnson is currently seeking a SEA Commercial Data Governance Specialist based in Singapore.
