The Head of Talent Management & Learning Development is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in talent acquisition, talent development, learning management, and employer branding. This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce strategy and ensuring that the company has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and enhancing the company's employer brand. 

 

Talent Strategist: You excel in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring we build a strong and dynamic team.Effective Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch, enabling you to connect with people at all levels.Insightful Analyst: You have a keen ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable insights that drive our HR initiatives.Performance Expert: With your experience in performance management and succession planning, you help our team members thrive and grow.Inspirational Leader: Your leadership and team management skills inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.Tech-Savvy Professional: You are well-versed in HR software and tools, streamlining our processes and improving efficiency.Brand Advocate: You have a talent for employer branding and social media management, showcasing our company as an employer of choice. 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Proven experience in talent management or a similar HR leadership role. 
• Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development. 

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. 
• Experience with performance management and succession planning. 
• Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
• Familiarity with HR software and tools. 
• Experience in employer branding and social media management.
