Your Role Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will support our customers by providing helpful information, and providing solutions on a timely basis regarding our customers’ concerns and questions. You will be the customer advocate for both our US Operational Care Center and our overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that customers’ Customer Satisfaction Promise is fulfilled. Your Responsibilities You will\r\n provide proactive consultancy to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting customer development You will\r\n collaborate management, Sea Logistics operations (Operational Care\r\n Center), and sales to ensure we are providing an enhanced customer\r\n experience. You will be\r\n involved in Financial Excellence & Development to monitor revenue\r\n versus costs. You will also\r\n provide Kuehne+Nagel price quotations and updates, setting the final\r\n selling price with individual adjustments  You will be\r\n responsible for integrating and maintaining customer data into\r\n Kuehne+Nagel systems. This Establish\r\n and build Customer relationships while supporting the Kuehne+Nagel Sales\r\n team. Reporting\r\n (refining and reviewing Customer requested reports generated from\r\n Kuehne+Nagel Systems)  Your Skills and Experiences 3+ Years' Sea Logistics experience3+ Years' Customer Service ExperienceYou have experience with International and Domestic freight forwardingYou have the ability to travel for business You have the ability to report onsite 5 days per week Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
