Key Responsibilities
Develop brand strategies and directions:Collaborate with cross-functional team to uncover insights and develop brand plans for new and existing productsWork with cross function team to identify potentials for new brands and to build a robust launch strategy as well as the launch readiness and achievement of key business objectives post-launchDevelop launch trackers for each new product launch and ensure KPIs are metEnsure robust brand strategy execution:Develop marketing messages, positioning and communication materials that are consistent with product label, positioning and product strategiesEffectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends & competitive response to address key challenges and capitalize on prioritized business opportunitiesUnderstand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and campaign resultsEvolve strategy by partnering with Worldwide Commercial Team, and learning best practices from other BMS marketsManage national and regional top TL engagement, understands TL academic insights, develops TL advocacy for brandsUtilize a broad set of channels, e.g. surveys, field visits, customer engagement, research to gather deep customer insights, to gain holistic understanding of patient journey, treatment paradigm, treatment guidelines and deep understanding of the motivation and drivers of customer behaviorLead promotional activity planning and successful execution to win HCP advocacy through collaboration with sales, access, medical, and other cross-function teamsProvide precise sales forecast numbers based on patient flows (as per BMS budget cycle) and ensure demand forecast accuracyManage budget and investment of resources in line with strategy & objectivesCollaborate with cross functional team members by sharing knowledge, experience, and insights across the teamConduct and manage internal staff training, sales team trainingOversee market efforts with distributor team and ensure smooth execution of events and all KPIs being metChampion adoption of new capabilities (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization) Understand and role model new capabilities and tools e.g., sharing knowledge, information, insights and experiences with new tools with the KAM team.Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy/Medical related field, with MBA or other Advanced Degree PreferredMinimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior experience as a Product Manager with marketing experience, digital marketing experience strongly preferred including an understanding of reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment.Proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across strategy & marketing competencies, including contribution to strategic planning & execution of key deliverablesExperience in mobilizing matrix team members, embracing teamwork, and project management within a cross-functional environmentStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performanceProven ability to plan and manage budgetsAbility to create a winning culture by motivating and enabling collaboration in the team to achieve key objectives in a complex and evolving marketHematology experience preferred, but not requiredFluent in EnglishKey competencies desired.

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
