End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Lead and oversee the entire supply chain process for Southeast Asia markets, encompassing demand and supply planning, logistics management, and customer service operations. This role involves ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions to achieve operational excellence, high service levels, and optimal efficiency. The director will work closely with sales units across SEA countries to align supply chain strategies with market demands, manage the GPS process to maintain high forecast accuracy, and oversee supply chain operations at the Bangplee factory and co-manufacturers to ensure productivity and sustainability. The ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional service levels and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes through strategic planning and innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Proven experience in supply chain management, especially in a leadership role.Minimum of 10 years of experiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
