**RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsible for product cut to specifications, with proper yields and high quality + Must be able to cut all species of fish, fresh and saltwater + Individual must have knowledge of Raw material and Inventory experience + Leads the Salmon Filet or other species production line, responsible for yields, and product inventory + The individual demonstrates and instructs less knowledgeable employees to improve techniques of fish cutting + Responsible for pre-op inspection + Oversees and processes all seafood cutting, portion cutting, and salmon line production + Performs Pre-Op inspection, daily yield tests, and progressively trains less experienced cutters AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
