Key Responsibilities Safely operate FIAB HF Welder. Preform required maintenance on machine and tools. Read and interpret drawings and specifications. Measure, mark, cut and weld vinyl. Join various vinyl material together. Make finished hems around the perimeter of various vinyl products. Cut various materials to specified specifications with scissors. Fold/roll and prepare vinyl to be shipped. Maintain a clean and safe workplace. Follow safety policies and procedures. Critical Qualifications High school Diploma. Experience working with vinyl (an asset). Ability to use measuring tape (Imperial/Metric). Stand walk for 7-8 hours. Able to crawl around on knees. Able to get up and down safety from floor level. Able to lift 75 lbs. Good hand eye coordination skills.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION TIED TO THE NEEDS OF THE JOB.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
