We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Lead with proven business acumen, digital advertising knowledge and data first mindset to drive revenue growth and efficiency across our sales organization within our Apple Ads business in the APAC region. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities, drive priorities, deliver actionable insights and be a strategic thought partner to Sales Leadership.DescriptionDescriptionThought Partnership: Lead the rollout sales strategies, insights, and initiatives including translating Divisional goals into day to day accountability for the sales organization. Collaborate with Regional Leads and managers to improve efficiency and productivity by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities through a consultative, data-driven approach. Business Insights: Leveraging a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set, the Sales Operations Lead will proactively bring ideas and proposals to sales. In partnership with sales leadership, they will turn the ideas into action by conducting analyses and uncovering the insights required to create high impact programs and initiatives. Business support/Process management: Provide support to Sales Ops & Sales team including product/reporting training, process improvement, book of business rationalization/cleanup, QA of new reports and ad hoc tasks.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience, ideally in Sales Operations, digital advertising industry, business/investment analyst and/or consulting roleBA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field. MBA or advanced graduate degree preferredSolid understanding of digital advertising landscape and KPIs for web/mobile/apps.
