The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Account Manager, reporting to the Director, Search, will be responsible for working on client SEM accounts as part of Audacy’s centralized revenue operations Search team. This individual will be expected to build, monitor and analyze clients' digital PPC advertising campaigns on a regular basis as well as serve as the primary contact with the sales team and vendors.

As needed, this individual is expected to provide strategic recommendations to ensure campaign success. This individual will be provided day to day oversight and support from the Team Lead, Search Engine Marketing. 

This role is open to remote work in any of Audacy's 48 markets.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Utilize tools to provide accurate budget estimates of campaign potential to sales team as they approach clients to pitch our SEM productsDesign and implement keywords, text ads and account structure to maximize client performanceOptimize account performance based on industry standards and best practices and exceed client objectivesPerform budget adjustments to accurately spend the client’s budget throughout a particular month and throughout its full lifespanServe the key stakeholder to analyze account performance to deliver in full and clearly communicate to sales any upsell potential Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

BS/BA degree or relevant experiencePaid search or digital media advertising experience preferredExperience with keyword research tools and ability to use these tools to setup/expand SEM campaignsWorking knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Google WorkspaceAbility to work cross-functionally with sales and account teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing prioritiesExceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsGoogle Ads certified - Google Shopping experience is a plus Experience with Wide Orbit, TapClicks or other digital order entry and workflow platforms is a plus

Pay Transparency:

 

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 to $65,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
