The Search & Exploration team, part of the Consumption, Insights & Analytics organization within the Central Data & Analytics function in the Chief Technology Office, delivers solutions that help employees discover, explore, and gain insights from unstructured data to improve efficiency and minimize fragmentation.

As a Search & Exploration Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to innovate, enhance, and manage an AI-powered search based capabilities that are used by thousands of users across lines of business. You will elevate it to new heights of success while bringing the most advanced GenAI innovations into high-value business processes.

This is a full-time, permanent and hybrid role with many opportunities to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap with alignment with organizational prioritiesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and influence decision-makingCollaborate with experience design team to lead in-depth business / user researchStay abreast of industry trends, including AI technologies like GenAI and LLMs, to inform product innovation and identity opportunities for innovationDrive Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, ensuring all phases from requirements gathering to deployment are effectively executed.Leverage data insights to drive product decisions and optimize performance.Coordinate with engineering, design, architecture, QA and other platform teams to drive efficient product developmentAnticipate challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks and manage changes effectivelyMaintain well-organized product backlogDrive adoption and socialization of the product across multiple channelsAnalyze data sources, own data service agreements, communicate with respective data owners and stewards

Required Skills And Experience

1-2 years of experience in product management within a software development or data analytics contextUnderstanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including agile and waterfallExceptional communication and presentation skills in EnglishAbility to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, global team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approachStrategic thinker with strong business acumenAbility to understand enterprise and solution architectures

Preferred Skills And Experience

BSc in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldFamiliarity with unstructured data and document intelligenceUnderstanding of AI technologies, primarily GenAI and LLMsBasic understanding of cloud ecosystemsCertifications in Agile, Product Management and/or Cloud technologies
