Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Train new and current employees

Evaluate and certify employee’s performance

Familiarize themselves with the equipment and educational material requirements

Know the current SOPs

Adapt to new training methods/techniques

Audit internal process and picture frame quality

Prepare materials for training classes

Support Training classes with On the Job skills Training

Required Skills:

High School Diploma

Fast learner

Able to speak in front of large groups of diverse people

Ability to recognize various skill sets

Strong communication/organizational skills

 

Preferred Skills:

Joinery

Computer Skills

Understanding of picture framing components, supplies, equipment, tools, and accessories

Experience with picture framing processes

Previous training experience
