The Customer Engagement Associate contributes to the success of Sur La Table by writing, sending and responding to 1:1 email communications that reflects Sur La Table’s voice and brand. The Customer Engagement Associate is responsible for producing, editing, proofing copy and sending of these personalized customer emails that are sent on a 1:1 basis leveraging Lexer Contact (AI technology). This position will report into theDirector of CRM & Loyalty.
Please note this is a full-time seasonal hourly position. What you get to do every day: Compose and send personalized emails to high-value customers, ensuring a tailored experience. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, addressing questions and concerns effectively. Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Track and report customer feedback and engagement metrics. Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or equivalent professional work experience. 1+ years retail copywriting experience OR 1+ years customer service experience Able to work in a faced-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks to deliver copy on time. Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and effectively meet and exceed goals. Ability to learn the reporting tool and provide reports on a weekly basis. Experience in MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
