The salary range for this role is:
$22.00 - $22.00Responsibilities:
To help the HR Department with HR, Safety, and health efforts at the site. Your role includes motivating plant employees to prioritize safety and productivity, consolidating data and uploading into the HRIS system, assisting with the hiring process for seasonal employees. Some specific tasks include:
Schedule interviewsMaintain personnel files, both physical and electronicAssist with administrative tasks of safety and HR policy complianceAssist HR Manager with various duties as requestedAssist with development of programs, procedures, work instructions and training.Lead health and safety projects, audits, and inspections at the plant or department level.Assist with project to define safety training needs for facility employees to meet safety requirements.Expect high level of administrative duties in this role.Assist with translation needs as required.Assist other office personnel with work activities as time permitsAssist other plant supervisory personnel with work activities as time permits.Other duties as assigned.Del Monte Foods Key Behaviors:

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GEDAssociate Degree in related field (preferred)Ability to maintain confidentiality with all information.Ability to work within an active office environment.Work cooperatively with others when getting or receiving information.Withstand repetitive office demands, such as use of hands, wrists, shoulders, etc.Work at least 50% of the shift with a computer keyboard/terminal.100% office work required, such as; typing, calculator use, computer input, filing, and legible writing.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levelsStrong problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with safety management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Maintain high ethical standards and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.WE OFFER:
