THE JOB:
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, providing seamless checkouts, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING PAY: $17
THE SCHEDULE: Seasonal On Call
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Sun: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
Sustain product availability
Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Currently holds or is able to obtain a TAM Card
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Bilingual
Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in a retail setting
Experience in a similar resort setting
Polished appearance and presentability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
