Position Summary
This is a 10-week seasonal support full-time position which reports to the Vice President, Finance. It is responsible for support within the Finance department of the AMB Family Office & AMB Sports & Entertainment. This role will focus on learning & the rollout of a new finance program. Additionally, the role will help support the traditional accounting and finance duties including cash forecasting, treasury, accounts payable process, & reconciliation. The start date & end dates are May 27, 2025 – July 31, 2025. This role will be a non-exempt role.
Role and Responsibilities
Learn the new financial program, Vena & create materials to train others on the new platformSupport with cash forecasting – weekly, annually, and a rolling 12 month forecast.Support with the execution of cash wires and cash journals/transfers via Truist OneView/Digital Treasury and Schwab.Support the Bank and brokerage account reconciliations.Support with the Accounts Payable process, cut weekly checks, upload ACH/EFT to bank.Support within the systems Administrator of Papersave (Accounts Payable document management system) and Concur (Expense Reporting).Support with Ad-hoc internal reporting and financial analysisQualifications and Education Requirements
This is an entry level position, and the ideal candidate will have experience or education with either finance, accounting, financial planning background and have an interest in career development and advancement in the industry.
