Location Requirements: Must legally reside in Canada.  Currently hiring in ON, NB, NL, NS and PE.  

Core Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls 

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service 

Drive customer satisfaction through voice while providing empathy and offering helpful solutions 

Ongoing training and skill development 

Qualifications Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal Previous experience with technical customer service support an asset Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer Must be 18+ years of age High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Must pass a background check Quiet and distraction free workspace Work with us and you’ll enjoy
