WHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Wardrobe Attendant and Shuttle Driver at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, your primary role will be to assist with the organization and maintenance of our wardrobe department. Additionally, you will provide safe transportation for our team members as a shuttle driver when needed. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth operation during our busiest times, contributing to the overall success of our park experience.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:Wardrobe Assistance: Assist with the organization, maintenance, and distribution of uniforms and other wardrobe items for employees. Must be able to operate a register.Shuttle Driving: Safely transport employees between locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to designated routes.Safe Workplace Environment: Obeying all traffic laws and enforcing safety rules of the park to riders. Maintain a clean and safe workplace environment.Customer Service: Offer exceptional support to wardrobe customers while providing courteous and professional assistance to passengers during transportation.Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records of wardrobe items, including tracking loans, returns and on-hand items. Maintaining stock on lines and shelvesFacility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of wardrobe storage areas and shuttle vehicles. Operate industrial washer and dryers and report any issues.WHAT YOU NEED:Minimum of 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent, but not requiredProvide a valid driver’s license - and have a history of safe drivingSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusMust be able to operate trams and fifteen-passenger vans at nightAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protectionMorning availability preferredBe available to work most weekends and holidays, as well as mornings and eveningsBe flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Wardrobe operations (including but not limited to the ability to be cross-trained and or learn other aspects as required)Willing to work in a high-performance team environmentAble to function with general supervisionExperience preferred, but not required – On the Job Training providedAble to use Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, and comfortable using a computer to assist with inventory and email correspondenceAbility to operate a registerOTHER NOTES:May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a wholeReports to Human Resources LeadershipWhile this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
