As a senior project architect, you will lead a project team and coordinate the design process from inception through to completion. You will be instrumental in preparing and developing drawings, images, and other documents essential for the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams and coordinate the design process. Prepare and develop drawings, images, and technical documents. Oversee the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages. Ensure projects meet high standards of design and detailing. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality. Mentor and support junior team members. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Skills & Experience:

Significant post-Part 3 practice experience. Proven experience in running project teams and delivering projects. Exceptional design skills, including high-quality bespoke detailing. Strong knowledge of technical design and delivery. Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Confident, approachable, and a strong team player.
