Job Summary

As a Seasoning Flavorist Level I, you will handle daily activities for culinary and snack creation to develop seasonings and apply flavors, provide expertise and work on projects in line with business needs and in response to customer brief and strategic priorities.

How You Will Contribute:

Apply and use of Product Experience (PX) data for projects. 

Work on projects for key local, strategic, and regional customers with commercial success 

Demonstrate ability to work within a team and win as a team. 

Develop presentation skills for both internal and external. 

Navigate the balance between creative design and project constraints (cost and product performance). 

Demonstrate excellent taste, discrimination and articulation for ingredients, flavors and applications. 

Develop general understanding of R&D technical approaches and applies understanding to testing methodologies. 

Modify and upgrades current formulations with new innovation tools when transferring from one manufacturing site or country to another. 

Provide expertise input into Category initiatives and proposes new tool to fill gap via Innovation programs. 

Understand the Seasoning Flavorist Level I role, how it fits into the business and contributes to IFF success. 

Broaden business understanding of other functions: Production, Quality Control, Sales and Marketing and Product Experience (PX). 

Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies. 

Requirements:

Minimum 6–8-year experience in seasonings or snacks

Competent in flavor creation and formulation for new technologies and delivery systems 

Comprehensive understanding of GRA, legislation, restrictions, marketing claims, cost targets on projects. 

Very good understanding of different application methods, and competent in applying seasonings to various bases. 

English: advance in communication and academic   

Microsoft office, SAP system: advance 

Sound Knowledge of Projects management and Time management
