Position:              Analyst

Reporting to:         Chief Operating Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day processing requirements of the function Performs various structured routine operational tasks in a standard work environment. Handles medium complex processes.  Understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. Works under supervision; receives instruction, guidance and direction from a senior team member. Acts in line with ING rules and policies.

Responsibilities

As an Analyst, your tasks and responsibilities will principally be:

Day-to-day Processing, especially trade finance products and remittanceHandles Local Application/Local reporting /Client in Local languageLiaising and handles with Front Office, Agent, Client and all other relevant parties to ensure the smooth processing of transactionsPreparation of reports and statistical data for internal use in the aspects of volume count, control and management purposesEnsure that the firm’s and relevant regulatory procedures and controls are adhered toPerform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to timeUnderstand roles, authorities, responsibilities and obligations of compliance and conduct their business accordinglyUnderstand which of those are compliance related

Person Specifications

To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:

Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written;Ability to communicate well and work with people in different department at all levels;Willingness to learn and participate in activities;Open minded and eagerness to challenge;University degree;Strong ability MS Office;
