The SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting manager will be responsible for preparing/reviewing all SEC reporting filings and related analysis to ensure the accurate reporting of financial data in accordance with US GAAP. The individual will also assist in other finance projects. The candidate will have a sustained reputation for putting the company first, as well as a values-driven work style where integrity and grit drive all behaviors, decisions and actions, SEC reporting experience (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and S-8) excellent project management skills, can work independently in a highly collaborative team environment and demonstrates a strong acumen with technical accounting research and consultations.
This position will report to the Sr. VP of Finance, Corporate Controller.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent CPA required 5+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 required) Possess superior organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail, strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external professionals at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical, problem solving skills and collaborative skills Must be able to make judgment calls regarding the resolution of issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in technical accounting writing ability Must be knowledgeable in accounting for business combinations, stock based compensation, revenue recognition and leases Must be familiar with preparation of statement of cashflows and earnings per share Ability to multi-task on competing and deadline sensitive priorities Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) required Experience with Active Disclosure and Inteligize a plus The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 USD to $160,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
