About This Role As an SEC Reporting consultant, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: preparing and filing SEC Reports (10-K, 10-Q) and Earning Releases; interpreting financial accounting policies and SEC requirements; providing guidance to business partners with regard to interpretation of changes; researching and monitoring financial data; ensuring compliance with all SEC requirements, US GAAP, and client policies and procedures; communicating financial requirements to the business units that provide data for the reports; coordinating with other reporting groups in gathering accurate information; responding to internal/external inquiries regarding financial disclosures reported or filed; and managing project deliverables across multiple areas of client organization to ensure timely completion within budget.
